Date of submission of online return for q.e. 31.12.2009 has further been extended upto 28.02.2010. A Signed copy of the return in the paper form for the Said period shall also have to be submitted in the Respective charge/corporate division/ range/ unit Within 05.03.2010. Non-submission of return in Electronic and paper form within the aforesaid date Will render the dealer/ employer a return-defaulter.
